Hey there! Don't know if RQ's are open or not or if it's friends-only (in which case, that's understandable), but I do have some ideas I kinda wanted to list here (this might get pretty long, so bear with me).

- I was primarily thinking of an inside tummy shot/PoV of a character like you did for some of your recent pics - but in sort of a reverse of the Plex vore pic, the inside tummy shot takes up most of the image, while the outer full tummy shot is kinda in the corner. There can be other food inside too if you think that'll be fun to draw.

- As for who the character could be? I do have some suggestions: Always Hungry Bear, Yoshi, Foofa, Toodee... maybe even Bri if you're comfy with it.

- You don't really have to put any dialogue for the character if you don't want to - it could be hard to fit with what I'm asking for along with any onomatopoeia noises like gurgles and heartbeats.

Just lemme know if you're interested or not. I haven't really spoken to ya before, so yeah.
